These Terms govern the purchase of the book “Second Class Citizen” (eBook, Paperback, or eBook + Paperback edition) through this website, operated by Reza Ostad [PLACEHOLDER: legal entity name and address — see Impressum].

2. Products

Three products are offered: an eBook edition (coming soon), a Paperback edition (shipped to the address provided at checkout), and an eBook + Paperback edition (coming soon). Currently only the Paperback edition is available for purchase.

3. Prices and Payment

4. Delivery

Paperback books are currently shipped within Germany and selected EU countries, to the address collected during checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders are prepared manually and shipped via DHL or Deutsche Post; delivery times may vary by destination. When the eBook edition becomes available, its delivery terms will be described here.

5. Right of Withdrawal
